Casey Langston Lott

In May 2002, Casey received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University where he graduated cum laude.

In December 2004, Casey received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law, with honors.

After passing the February 2005 Mississippi Bar Exam, Casey began practicing law with his father, Duncan Lott. He was admitted to Practice in the State and Federal Courts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2005. He was also admitted to practice in Alabama in 2006.

Duncan "Bubba" Lott

Duncan "Bubba" Lott was a 1974 graduate of Mississippi State University. He obtained his Doctor of Juris Prudence from Cumberland School of Law in 1977. He was admitted to Practice in the State and Federal Courts of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1977 and before the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 1994.

Duncan is an active member of the Mississippi and American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Mississippi Association for Justice. He is also a past President of the Prentiss County Bar Association.

Duncan has secured multi-million dollar awards on behalf of his clients and is now actively involved in trial litigation involving personal injury including products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, medical malpractice, and automobile accident cases. He is also actively involved in divorce/child custody litigation and felony criminal defense.

Duncan is presently a member of the AAJ Vioxx Litigation Group, AAJ Arbitration Group, AAJ Expert Witness Group, and the prestigious Top 100 National Trial Lawyers.

Dustin Colt Childers

A 2004 Hall of Fame graduate of Northeast Mississippi Community College, Dustin went on to receive his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2006.

In 2010, Dustin received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.

After passing the Mississippi and Tennessee Bar Exams, Dustin began practicing law in Jackson, Mississippi after externing with Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Randy Pierce. He was admitted to Practice in all State and Federal Courts of Mississippi and Tennessee and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2011.

During his tenure at Mississippi College, Dustin was elected Senator of the Student Body Association each year of his education. He was also appointed as the Student-Alumni Chairman by the President of the Law Student Body Association. Dustin received the American Jurisprudence Award in Counseling and Negotiations and awards for his submission to the Nathan Burkan Writing Competition.

Joe-Colby Ray Langston

A graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, Joe-Colby Ray Langston, "Colby," received his bachelor of science degree in Public Management in May of 2010.  The following year, Colby entered the Master of Business Administration program at The Millsaps Else School of Management, where he earned his M.B.A in August of 2011.

Colby's graduation from Millsaps College came thirty-one years after his father, Joey Langston graduated from the same alma mater.  Colby was a second generation member of the Kappa Alpha Order. As an undergraduate student, Colby was also a member of the Millsaps Majors football team.  During his four years as a player for Millsaps, the Majors took home four consecutive conference championships and Colby earned All-Conference Honors as a linebacker for the Majors' defense.

In May of 2014, Colby received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law.  After passing the July 2014 Mississippi Bar exam, Colby was admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts of Mississippi and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2014.

Thomas Cooley

In 2005, Thomas graduated from the University of West Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in English as an Honor’s Scholar. Thomas entered the work force after college, holding management positions in two different businesses before ultimately deciding to pursue a legal career.

In 2011, Thomas received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. While there, he served as the Executive Editor of the Law Review, a Member and Competitor for the Moot Court Program, Secretary for the Public Interest Law Group and as a Pupil Member of the American Inns of Court. As a part of the Moot Court Program, Thomas was the Overall Winner of the Copeland, Cook, Taylor & Bush Moot Court Competition, a National Quarterfinalist in the Rendigs Products Liability Moot Court Competition, a Quarterfinalist in the Mississippi College School of Law Top Gun Trial Competition.
